Great staff, eco-friendly amenities, good breakfast variety, ideal for families, plenty of activities for children and adults.

We had a great city break at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of foods to satisfy everyone's tastes. The location was perfect, as we were close to lots of activities such as swimming, cycling, and hiking. We also enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the stunning mountain views from our room.

While overall we enjoyed our stay, we did notice a few negative aspects. the room we were given was a bit small, making it a little cramped for our family of four.

Our stay was amazing! The location is perfect: close to the city center and surrounded by mountains. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and separate shower and toilet. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. We enjoyed the many free activities like air trampolines, water park, and games like pool table and table tennis.

The air conditioning system was not adjustable, making the room a bit too warm.

We loved our stay here! The hotel was clean and had great facilities. Parking and transportation were easy. The location, surrounded by mountains, was perfect for cycling around with kids. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the city center and delicious breakfast. The staff was excellent and always willing to help.

The location was great as there were cool activities around the hotel promoting clean energy. The breakfast choice was above average and we enjoyed the free use of the Kärnten card, which gave us access to cable cars, museums, and parks. we appreciated the staff's prompt service.

The rooms were relatively small for a family of four, and at times, the temperature was quite warm at night. We had to open the windows which led to a lot of insects coming in.
